The terms that apply when you buy from this store, and what we do about orders that cannot be fulfilled as placed.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when payment clears and we send a confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund the full amount.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Prices can change without notice, but never after you have placed an order.
Clearance items
Clearance sale prices are final while stocks last. Discounted sizes are not restocked during a sale. Clearance items follow the same thirty-day return window as full-price items.
Intellectual property
The Alo name, logo, product photography and site content on this store are used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
