Editorial standards

Who writes the Alo Journal, what we check before publishing, and how to tell us we got something wrong.

Who writes here

Every guide is written and maintained by the Alo editorial team. We are the people who choose the fabric, set the size grading and read the customer-care tickets, which is why we can answer fit questions with specifics rather than adjectives.

What we check before publishing

Fit claims are checked against the actual patterns and sizes we sell. Fabric claims are checked against the mill specifications, not marketing copy. Anything we cannot verify — a temperature range, a compression level, a durability claim — is left out rather than softened.

How we handle corrections

When a guide is wrong, we correct it and show the updated date on the article rather than quietly deleting it. Fit advice that does not apply to your size, body or climate is a real failure on our side, not a misunderstanding on yours.

How these guides are written

Our guides are drafted with automated drafting tools and reviewed by the editorial team before they go live. Every published article carries a date and an updated date so you can tell how current it is, and every product referenced links to the piece it describes.

Tell us we got something wrong

Email support@eloyoga.shop with the article address and the part that does not hold up. We reply within one business day and we publish the fix.
