Returns and exchanges
Thirty days from delivery, return shipping on us. Here is the whole process with no small print.
The window
You have thirty days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached.
How to return something
Email support@eloyoga.shop with your order number and the item you want to send back. We will send you a prepaid return label and the nearest drop-off point. Drop the parcel off and we will process the refund once it arrives.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method and normally clear within five to ten business days after we receive the parcel. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was faulty.
Exchanges
The fastest exchange is to return the original item and place a new order for the size or colour you want. That way you are not waiting for the return to arrive before we ship.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault through normal wear, email us with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund and cover the return postage.
