What we collect
When you place an order we receive the name, email address, shipping address and payment details you provide at checkout. Payment card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers. If you contact customer care we keep the message and your email address so we can reply and keep a record.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that keep your cart and your login session working between page loads. We do not run third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell or share personal data with data brokers.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Everything else is deleted once it is no longer needed to serve you.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@eloyoga.shop and we will action the request within thirty days.
